Abstract:

We are living in a century in which communication and interaction increase rapidly and there are extraordinary technological and informational changes. These formations which have many economical, social, political and cultural influences affect our social lives and humanitary interactions deeply. The family instution which is regulating human relations and social life is also affected by these changes. These chancing human relations reveal themselves as increased divorce rates, single-parent families, relations out of marriages, homosexual marriages, preventing having and raising children etc. These result in meeting the economical, social, cultural and pysicological needs of the individuals unreturned and affects negatively the family instution which has the function of contiuning future generations, perparing the children to the social life through socialization process by means of socially accepted ways. A family instution not able to carry out its functions pose a risk. This study aims to investigate in a causeeffect manner the risks or possible-risks which will put the family into a troubled position so that it will have difficulty in carrying out its tasks and responsibilities.
