So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Governmental systems are shaped in accordance with the way the relationships between the powers is organized. The judiciary is considered separate from the legislative and executive in all systems. Therefore, the judiciary should be kept out of this assessment. In other words, governmental systems are assessed in view of the relationship between the judiciary and the legislative and executive. The most common and well-known models are the presidential, semipresidential and parliamentary systems. All three are of course democratic systems. One could say Turkey has considerably deviated from the parliamentary system, owing to the powers granted to the President by the 1982 Constitution. The powers of the President exceed those symbolic and representative powers conferred in the classical parliamentary system. With the 2007 Constitutional amendment, the President will be elected by citizens in 2014 for the first time, which will strengthen the status of the President even further. This study includes a comparative assessment of France and Turkey in respect of the election, powers, duties and responsibilities of the President
