So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Article 4 of Code No: 6494 has amended article 8 of Council of State Law and Article 19 amended article 29 of Court of Cassation Law, according to the these amendments the judges and prosecutors have to have worked twenty years in the professions to be elected as a member judge to Council of State and the Supreme Court. These amendments evaluated in terms of vested rights and legitimate expectations concepts; the members of the judiciary who located on the published official list have vested rights including electing as a member judge Court of Cassation and Council of State
