Abstract:

Ouml;Z 17. yuuml;zyıl Osmanlı devletinin askericirc;, siyasi ve sosyal accedil;ıdan gerileme douml;nemine rastlar. Bir ouml;nceki yuuml;zyılda başlayan Celalicirc; isyanları, halkın bir ccedil;ok bakımdan guuml;venliğini tehdit eder hale gelmiş, Osmanlının dirlik ve duuml;zeninin bozulmasında ccedil;ok buuml;yuuml;k bir rol oynamıştır. Kacirc;şif, iccedil; ve dış felaketlerin arka arkasına yaşandığı, sosyal ve askericirc; accedil;ıdan ccedil;alkantılı, fakat edebicirc; accedil;ıdan son derece parlak olan bu yuuml;zyılın dikkate değer şairlerinden biridir. Devrinde şair, acirc;lim ve hattat olarak ccedil;ok youml;nluuml; ve saygın bir sanatkacirc;r sıfatıyla tanınan Kacirc;şifrsquo;in Sacirc;kicirc;-nacirc;mesi terkicirc;b-i bend nazım şekliyle kaleme alınmıştır. Sacirc;kicirc;-nacirc;meler, sacirc;kicirc;ye seslenmeler yoluyla, şarabı, bezmin araccedil;, gereccedil; ve acirc;detlerini, bazen tasavvuficirc; bazen de duuml;nyevi olarak bir buuml;tuuml;n halinde ele alıp işleyen eserlerdir. Kacirc;şifrsquo;in Dicirc;vanırsquo;nda yer alan Sacirc;kicirc;-nacirc;mersquo;si terkicirc;b-i bend nazım şeklindedir ve yedi bendden oluşmaktadır. Her bendinde sekiz beyti olan şiir toplam 56 beyitten meydana gelmiştir. Sacirc;kicirc;-nacirc;me, Divan şairlerince daha ouml;nce yazılmış bu tarz eserlerle iccedil;erik, konuyu işleyiş ve şekil itibariyle benzerlik gouml;stermektedir. Konunun ouml;zuuml;ne de uygun olacak biccedil;imde son derece acirc;henkli bir uuml;slucirc;pla kaleme alınmış olan şiir bu tarzda yazılmış eserlere yeni bir halka oluşturması bakımından ouml;nem taşımaktadır. (The Celacirc;licirc; ) riots, which had started in the previous century, had come to threaten the security of people in many ways and subsequently played a big role in the disturbance of unity and order in society. Kacirc;şif is one of the outstanding poets of this century, in which internal and external catastrophes were experienced one after another and which was militarily turbulent but literally extremely brilliant. The Sacirc;kicirc;-nacirc;me of Kacirc;şif, who was known, in his own period, as a versatile and respectable artist with the titles of a poet, a scholar, a calligrapher, was penned in the verse style. Sacirc;kicirc;-nacirc;mes, with an address to sakis, are works that deal with wine, the customs, tools and devices of councils sometimes in a mystical, sometimes in a worldly style. The Sacirc;kicirc;-nacirc;me, which is contained in the Diwan of Kacirc;şif, was penned in Terkicirc;b-i Bend verse style and consists of seven parts. The poem, with eight lines in each part, is composed of 56 lines in total. Sacirc;kicirc;-nacirc;me bears similarities to the previous works of Diwan poets in terms of content, style and form. The poem, which was penned in a highly agile and harmonious style, is also of importance as a new link to the works that were penned down in this style.
