Abstract:

Ouml;Z Altınordu Devletirsquo;nin yıkılmasından sonra, bu devletin geniş toprakları uuml;zerinde birccedil;ok hanlık kuruldu. Bunlardan birisi Aşağı İdil Havzasırsquo;nda kurulmuş olan Astrahan Hanlığırsquo;dır. Başkent Astrahan, bulunduğu mevki itibariyle tarihten guuml;nuuml;muuml;ze Hazar ccedil;evresinde kurulmuş olan devletlerin ilgi odağı oldu. Bu cazibesi dolayısıyla bouml;lge, gerek Astrahan Hanlığı ouml;ncesi, gerekse sonrasında uzun suuml;re istikrar ve huzura kavuşamadı. Rus işgalinin ardından Osmanlı/Kırım ordularının duuml;zenlediği seferin olumsuz neticelenmesi uuml;zerine tamamen Rus hacirc;kimiyetine girdi. Rusya douml;neminde de Astrahan ve ccedil;evresi, Ccedil;arlık rejimine karşı baş gouml;steren isyanların odak noktası oldu. One of them was Khanate of Astrahan which was founded in the basis of Asagi Idil. Because of its locations the capital Astrahan was the centre of interest of the states were founded in the environs of the Caspian Sea. Because of this attraction the region couldnrsquo;t lead a steady and peaceful life both before and after the Khanate of Astrahan for a long time. It fell into completely Russians power after Russian occupancy because of failure on the wartime that Ottoman/Crimean army groups organized. And also in the period of Russian, Astrahan and its ambit were the focal point of rebellions which were against the regime of Tsardom.
