Abstract:

nbsp; Ouml;Z Bu ccedil;alışmada, arşiv kayıtları doğrultusunda Bayezid Sancağırsquo;ndaki aşiretlerinin yerleşimleri ve idari yapıları uuml;zerinde durulmuştur. Aşiretlerin iskacirc;nı meselesi Osmanlı Devleti tarafından, sınır ihlalleri, ticaret faaliyetleri ve bouml;lge guuml;venliği doğrultusunda ouml;nemle ele alınmıştır. XIX. yuuml;zyılda bouml;lgeyi ilgilendiren savaşlar sonrasında muhaceret ve iskacirc;n alanında yoğunluk yaşanmış ve bunun sonucunda Osmanlı uuml;lkesine iltica eden aşiretler devletin iskacirc;n konusunda yeni politikalar uuml;retmesine sebep olmuştur. Bouml;lge aşiretleri askeri birimler şeklinde ouml;rguuml;tlendirilmiş, bu durum diğer aşiret mensuplarının da Osmanlırsquo;ya iltica etmesinde ve Osmanlı Devleti tarafından kabul gouml;rmelerinde etkili olmuştur. In this study, with the help of archive records, Bayezid Tribesrsquo; settlements, and their administrative construction are dwelled on. The case of tribesrsquo; settlement, border violations, commercial proceedings, and the security of the region were handled by Ottoman Empire importantly. After the wars releted to the region in 19th century there began a dense traffic in migration and settlement, and as a result, the clans to refuge Ottoman Empire caused the state to produce new policies about settlement. The case that the organization of the region tribes as military groups affects the other tribes to refuge Ottoman Empire and their acceptence.
