Abstract:

Ouml;Z Bu araştırmanın amacı 1932 yılında kurulan ve işlevsel olarak buuml;yuuml;k işler başarmış olan Halkevlerinin ouml;nemini ortaya koymaktır. Douml;nemin şartları iccedil;erisinde hem halk hem de devlet iccedil;in hizmet etmiş olan Halkevleri ccedil;eşitli kaynaklardan da yararlanılarak incelenmeye ccedil;alışılmıştır. Ccedil;alışmada Halkevlerinin accedil;ılış yılı olan 1932 yılından başlayarak kapanış tarihi olan 1951 yılına kadar geccedil;en douml;nemde Halkevlerinin yaptığı faaliyetler ve halk eğitimindeki roluuml; ortaya koyulmaya ccedil;alışılmıştır. Ccedil;alışma sonucunda Halkevlerinin hem eğitim accedil;ısından hem de toplumu buuml;tuuml;nleştirme ve demokratikleşme accedil;ısından ouml;nemli hizmetlerde bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ancak CHF ile olan yakınlığı nedeni ile ccedil;ok partili douml;nemde kapatılmaya mahkucirc;m olmuştur. Peoplersquo;s houses which served for both public and state under the circumstances of the age were analyzed by benefiting from various sources. In the study,nbsp; the activities that peoplersquo;s houses performed from 1932 which is the establishment year of them to 1951 which is the closing year of them and their important role on public education.nbsp;nbsp; As a result of the study,nbsp; it was determined that peoplersquo;s houses served to a great extent in terms of both democratizing and unifying society and education.
