Abstract:

Ouml;z Bu makalede divan şairlerinin Osmanlı devletindeki memuriyet zihniyetine ve hayatına dair bakış accedil;ıları edebi eserler ışığında değerlendirilmeye ccedil;alışılmıştır. Şairler, memurları gouml;revlerine ve makamlarına gouml;re ccedil;oğunlukla hicvetmiş, nadiren de ouml;vmuuml;şlerdir. Ouml;zellikle yuuml;ksek kademedeki memurlara ve bu memurların biccedil;imlendirdikleri devlet sistemine youml;nelik tenkitler buuml;tuuml;n divan edebiyatı tarihinde mevcuttur. Memur şairlerin kendi memuriyet hayatlarına ve meslektaşlarına dair yorumları, yakınmaları ve arzuları da memuriyet hayatının yuuml;zyıllardır suuml;ren ouml;zelliğini yansıtır. Bu eleştiriler bazı divanlarda ve mesnevilerde tespit edilen şiirlerden hareketle 16. asırdan 20. asra kadar kronolojik bir sıra takip edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Poets generally had satirized, rarely praised the officers in respect of their duties and positions. Especially there have existed critical views directed towards the high class officers and towards the state system which was constituted by these officers through the whole history of Ottoman poetry.nbsp; The officer poets' views' complaints and desires about their lives and their collogues reflects the continious characteristics. These critics have been evaluated from 16th century to 20th in a chronological method, taking into account some poems recognized in some divans and mathnawies.
