Ouml;ZET Bu ccedil;alışmada, 1755-1835 yılları arasında Van Eyaletirsquo;nde gouml;rev yapan Valiler incelenmiştir. Bu douml;nemde Van eyaletine 91 atama yapılmış olup bunlardan 36 tanesi ilk defa valilik gouml;revine tayin edilmiştir. Bu valilerden Timur Paşa ile kardeşi Ahmed Paşarsquo;nın valilik suuml;releri 1773rsquo;ten 1790 yılına kadar suuml;rmuuml;ştuuml;r. Bu kardeşler Van Eyaletirsquo;ni 17 yıl suuml;re ile idare etmişlerdir. Van eyaletinde huuml;kuuml;met adı altında ouml;zel statuuml;de birkaccedil; tane sancak vardır. In this period, 91 appointments were made and 36 of them shoe the appointment of a new governor. Of the governors of Van, Timur Pasha and his brother Ahmed Pasha, who worked as the governor from 1773 to 1790, are remarkable for their activities. These brothers governed the Province of Van for 17 years, thus having a special place among the other governors. There are also some sandjak of a special statute under the control of the government in Van. Key words: Van Province, Timur Pasha, East Anatolia, Van Lake, Governor, Ottoman Empire.
