ABSTRACT nbsp; In this paper, we will evaluate the view of Ahmet Mithat Efendi on new philosophy He is an author who writes a lot. He both publishes a newspaper and writes article on it. Additionally, he lectures on the history of philosophy in Istanbul university Dar al-fuuml;nun. He tackles new philosophy from the writings of Schopenhauer.
