Abstract:

Ouml;zet: Alp-Himalaya orojenik kuşağında bulunan uuml;lkemizin halen faal olan tektonizması ve yapısal ouml;zellikleri sıcak su kaynaklarının bolca olmasını ve yurt sathına yayılması sonucunu doğurmuştur. Duuml;nyanın her yerinde ouml;zellikle son yarım yuuml;zyılda ouml;nemi gittikccedil;e anlaşılan ve yatırım yapılan ldquo;termal turizmrdquo;; turizm aktivitelerinin iccedil;erisindeki yerini almıştır. Yurdumuzda son yıllarda ccedil;eşitli youml;relerde inşa edilen termal tesisler, turistik ccedil;ekim merkezleri haline douml;nuuml;şmuuml;ştuuml;r. Araştırmamıza konu olan Pasinler Kaplıcaları eski tarihlerden beri bilinmekte, ouml;zellikle yakın youml;reden yerli turist ccedil;ekmektedir. Termal kaynakların fiziksel ve kimyasal ouml;zellikleri ile tıptaki kullanımları her geccedil;en guuml;n daha da ouml;nem kazanmaktadır. Bu termal kaynaklar uuml;zerinde yapılacak yeni yatırımların Pasinler ilccedil;esi, Erzurum ili ve giderek yurt turizmine katkısı artırılabilir. Abstract The (stil) active tectonic and structural features of Turkiye a country on the Alp-Himalaya(s) oroganic zone, have resulted in many thermal springs (spas) spread all over the country. In all parts of the world, especially in the last five decades the importance of ldquo;thermal tourismrdquo; has been realized (recognized) more and more, and it has taken its right place among the other tourism activities. The thermal facilities, built in different regions in recent years, have turned into main touristic attractions. The Pasinler Spas (the thermal springs of Pasinler) ndash; the subject of our (this) research ndash; have been known since the ancient times and they attrat native tourists especially from the surrounding regions. With their physical and chemical features, their use in medicine gains more importance day by day. The contribution of new investments in developing these thermal springs (spas) to Pasinler, Erzurum and (to) the tourism industry of Turkey can be increased.
