Tarımsal potansiyelin oldukccedil;a yuuml;ksek olduğu Tuuml;rkiye'de tarım, maalesef hak ettiği konumda değildir. Tarıma youml;nelik radikal adımların atılması ve uygulanabilir planlar hazırlanması, Tuuml;rkiye'de tarım sektouml;ruuml;nuuml;n gelişmesine yardımcı olacaktır. Tarıma youml;nelik planların, tarımsal işletmeleri de iccedil;erecek şekilde hazırlanması bir zorunluluk durumundadır. Tarımsal işletmelerin mevcut durumunun iller ve bouml;lgeler duuml;zeyinde tespit edilmesi, hazırlanacak planlara temel oluşturacaktır. Bazı il idari alanlarında işletme sayıları fazla iken bazı illerde azdır. Benzer şekilde tarım alanlarının kapladıkları alanlar da farklılık gouml;sterebilmektedir. Bu farklılıkların ortaya ccedil;ıkmasında coğrafi, sosyo-ekonomik ve yasal faktouml;rler rol oynamaktadır. Farklı buuml;yuuml;kluuml;ğe sahip işletmelerin belirli bouml;lgelerde yoğunlaştığı, belli bir buuml;yuuml;kluuml;ğuuml;n uuml;stuuml;ndeki işletmelerin de birkaccedil; ilde toplandığı gouml;ruuml;lmektedir. İl idari alanlarının sahip oldukları doğal koşullar ve yuuml;zouml;lccedil;uuml;mleri de, tarım alanlarının ve işletme sayılarını belirleyebilmektedir. Radical stages and applicable plans will be helpful for developing farming sector in Turkey. The plans about farming should be prepared for containing or including farming sectors. If The existing condition of farming enterprises should be determined in the level of prominence and regions. Iıt would be a base for plans which will be prepared. While the number of enterprices are high in managerial area, it is low in some managerial area. Similarly, the areas which are covered by agricultural areas can indicate diversities. Geographical, socio-economical and legal factors play an important role in terms of appearing these diversities. It is seen that enterprises which have different importance, intensify in some regions. On the other hand, it is also seen that enterprises which are above particular largeness or importance, intensify in several prominence.
