Abstract:

Tuuml;rkiye'de, buguuml;n de suuml;rduuml;ruuml;lmekte olan el sanatları uuml;retiminden birisi de bıccedil;ak imalatıdır. Bu alanda, eskiden beri Suuml;rmene bıccedil;akları kalitesiyle uuml;nlenmiştir. İlccedil;ede ev tipi uuml;retim geleneksel olarak uzun yıllardan beri devam etmektedir. Suuml;rmene'de 15 kuuml;ccedil;uuml;k işletmede el emeğine bağlı olarak bıccedil;ak tuuml;rleri, bunların sapları ve kınları, aynı usta tarafından ve aynı işyerinde imal edilmektedir. Ayrıca,nbsp; burada iki buuml;yuuml;k işletmede, fabrikasyon uuml;retim yapılmaktadır. Yıllık bıccedil;ak uuml;retim kapasitesi, 500 bini bulmakta ve yaklaşık 100 aile, geccedil;imini bu uuml;retimden sağlamaktadır. Suuml;rmene bıccedil;akları şehrin tanıtımına da katkı yapmaktadır. Uuml;retimin, hem geleneksel youml;ntemlerle ve hem de fabrikasyon olarak suuml;rduuml;ruuml;lmesi tipik bir ouml;zellik olarak dikkati ccedil;ekmektedir. Araştırmada, Suuml;rmene'de souml;z konusu bu el sanatı etkinliğinin gelişimi, ccedil;evre ekonomisine katkıları ve uuml;retimle ilgili sorunları saptanmaya ccedil;alışılmıştır.nbsp; Anahtar kelimeler: Suuml;rmene, Suuml;rmene bıccedil;ağı, el sanatı, fabrikasyon uuml;retim Abstract One of the handicrafts that are actively made today in Turkey is the making of knife. Since old times, Suuml;rmene knives have been famous for their quality. House type production has been continuing for long years as a tradition. In 15 small scale enterprise in Suuml;rmene, different types of knives based on manual labor, their hafts and cases are produced by the same craftsman in the same workplace. On the other hand, fabrication production is made in two big establishments in Suuml;rmene. Yearly production capacity reaches 500.000 and almost 100 families live off through this production. Suuml;rmene knives also contribute to the promotion of the city. Continuing both traditional and fabrication production is a typical feature.
