Abstract: Mevkufatcı Muhammed Bey’s heritage is bought by the vizier Haydar Pasha around the year of 1550. Mevkufatcı’s children, however, consult to the müfti, Ebussuud Efendi, about this result. The Grand vizier, Rüstem Pasha also talks over this result with Sultan Süleyman the Magnificent. Sultan is an appellant for this case. This time, Mevkufatcı’s children won it.
