Abstract:

Ouml;ZET: Eczaneler ilaccedil;ların temin edildiği merkezler olmakla beraber ouml;zellikle de gelişmekte olan uuml;lkelerde duuml;şuuml;k eğitimli ve gelirli alanlarda sağlıkla ilgili bilgi ve danışma hizmetlerinin verilmesi accedil;ısından da ouml;nemli bir role sahiptirler. Eczanelerin yerleşme alanlarına dağılışlarında birccedil;ok faktouml;r etkili olmaktadır. Bu dağılış şehirsel, ouml;zellikle de metropoliten alanlarda daha fazla dikkati ccedil;ekmektedir. Bouml;ylece şehirlerde eczanelerin mekacirc;nsal dağılış duuml;zeni erişilebilirliği ve sunulan hizmetlerin sosyal olması niteliğini etkilemektedir. Ayrıca işletmeler yatırım yaparken dağılışı etkileyen nedenleri bilmek durumundadır. Bu ccedil;alışmada Tuuml;rkiye'nin ikinci en buuml;yuuml;k şehri olan Ankara'da eczanelerin dağılışında etkili olan faktouml;rler incelenmiştir. Ccedil;alışmada eczanelerin yer tercihlerini belirleyen faktouml;rlerin arka planı, adım adım aşamalı regresyon analizi ile irdelenmektedir. Kuruluş yeri accedil;ısından hastaneler ve eczaneler arasındaki yakın ilişki bilindiğinden, hastane sayısı kontrol edildiğinde, eczanelerin dağılışını belirleyen en ouml;nemli etkenler; nuuml;fus miktarı, gelir seviyesi ve hastane yatak sayısı olarak ortaya ccedil;ıkmaktadır.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Anahtar kelimeler: Eczaneler, Ankara, mekacirc;nsal dağılış, hastane sayısı, nuuml;fus miktarı, gelir seviyesi ve yatak sayısı. nbsp;Abstract :nbsp; nbsp;With being center where drugs are available,nbsp; Pharmacies also have an important role in providing health-related information and counceling to lower income people. Many factors are effective in spatial distribution of pharmacies in settlement areas. This distribution is noteworthy in urban areas especially in metropolitan areas. Thus the pattern of spatial distribution of pharmacies affects their accessibility and provided services which must be socially available. In addition, while investing, businessmen must know the factors which influence spatial distribution.of pharmacies. In this study, the factors that determine pharmacies location prefrences in Ankara which is second biggest city in Turkey are discussed by using step by step regression analysis. The close relationship between hospitals and pharmacies in terms of place of establishment is known, when the number of hospitals have been checked, the most important factors that determine the distribution of pharmacies are the amount of population, income level and nbsp;the number of hospital beds.
