Abstract:

Ouml;ZET Osmanlı tmparatorlu~'nda ccedil;aMaş gelişmelere uymak ihtiyacı duyularak yenilik hareketlerine başlandı. Bu hareketler arasında eğitim ouml;gretim kuruluşlarının da ouml;nemli bir yeri vardır. Bilindiği gibi Tanzimat'a kadar bu kuruluşların gouml;revleri ve yuuml;ruuml;tme organları daha ziyade dinı nitelikte idi. Ardından muuml;spet bilimlerin gelişmesi sonucu, ccedil;ağdaş ouml;rneklerine gouml;re, eğitim ouml;ğretim kurumlarının yenilenmesi ihtiyacı doğdu. İlkouml;ğretirnde de, dinı ouml;gretim mihverine bağlı geleneksel bir ouml;ğretim dışında gelişmeler ve yenilikler oldu. İmparatorluk ve Cwnhuriyet douml;nemlerinde eğitimi yenilemek ve ıslih etmek duuml;şuuml;nceleri ortaya atılıp, bir kısmının uygulanmasına ccedil;alışıldı. Ancak bunlann iyice anlaşılması, benimsenmesi, ouml;zellikle gerccedil;ekleştirilebilmesi daima ayrı faktouml;rlere ve şartlara bağlı kaldı; bunların bir ccedil;oğu elle tutulur hale gelemedi. Buuml;tuuml;n bunlara rağmen uuml;lkemizde buguuml;n eğitim ouml;ğretim youml;nuuml;nde, faydalı olduğuna kanaat getirilen yenilikler ve ccedil;alışmalar uuml;zerinde imkanlar ouml;lccedil;uuml;suuml;nde durulmaktadır. ABSTARCT Ottoman Empire started revolutionary acts feeling the need to make modem deyelopments established. Among these, aducational institutions take an important place. As it is known, the duties and organization of these establishments were of a religious nature. With the development of pasitiye science. such educational institutions had to be revised. There were developments in primary schooling as well as religious education. During the Emprie, and in the Republican period, thoughts to revise education were suggested and put into pratice. But there were various factors that made it difficult to revise such a system; and many concrete objectiyes could not have been achieved. However, a number of fruitfal aims were reached in the field of education.
