Abstract:

Ouml;zet Doğu Anadolu, insan hayatını olumsuz youml;nde etkileyen doğal ccedil;evre faktouml;rlerinin varlığına bağlı olarak, ccedil;eşitli sosyal ve ekonomik gouml;stergeler bakımından Tuuml;rkiyersquo;nin geri kalmış bir bouml;lgesidir. İller duuml;zeyinde bir takım farklılıklar olmakla birlikte, bouml;lgede genellikle doğum oranları yuuml;ksek, eğitim ve sağlık hizmetleri yetersiz, istihdam olanakları ise aktif nuuml;fusun taleplerine cevap vermekten uzaktır. Bouml;lgenin en belirgin nuuml;fus karakteristiği, yuuml;ksek seviyede seyreden doğumlar ve yirmili yaşlardan başlayarak bouml;lge dışına gerccedil;ekleşen yoğun gouml;ccedil;lerdir. Ulusal bir sorun olarak ortaya ccedil;ıkan bu nuuml;fus değişkenliği, nuuml;fus politikalarını giderek daha da ouml;nemli hale getirmektedir. Ccedil;alışmamızda bouml;lgeye youml;nelik nuuml;fus projeksiyonlarının belirlenmesi ve uygulanabilmesini kolaylaştıracak, nuuml;fusun cinsiyet ve yaş yapılanması iller ve yerleşmeler duuml;zeyinde incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, bouml;lgenin nuuml;fus yapısı bakımından gerek aşağı, gerekse yukarı yaş gruplarında ccedil;eşitli sosyoekonomik sorunlarla karşı karşıya bulunduğunu gouml;stermektedir. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp; Anahtar Kelimeler: Doğu Anadolu, nbsp; nuuml;fus, cinsiyet, yaş. nbsp; Abstract The Eastern Anatolia is an underdeveloped region in terms of various social and economic needles, results from the environmental factors being effect negatively on the human life in Turkey. nbsp; Although there are some differences considering the provinces levels, the fertility level is high generally and the health and education services are inadequate and the possibility of the employment is not close the active population needs. The most clarity characteristics of the population are the high fertility levels and the intensive migrations from out of the region for the 20 years old. The population politics have been getting important since the population variety is the national problem. nbsp; In our study, it was investigated the sex and age structure of the population by provinces and localities will be easier the determination of the population projections and applications related to the region. From the obtained results, it is understood that the region in the point of view of the population structure in the both of low ages and high ages displays the existence of the various socioeconomic problems. nbsp; Key words: Eastern Anatolia , population, sex, age.
