Abstract:

Ouml;Z İhtiyaccedil;lar amaccedil;ları dogurur; amaccedil;lara ulaşmak iccedil;inse dogru ve uygun araccedil;lar gerekir. Dil, insanın, etkin bir hayat suuml;rduuml;rmesinin en gerekli araccedil;larından biridir. Bu sebeple, insan, ana dili de dahil, edindigi her dili amaccedil;larına ulaşabilmekte kullanmak iccedil;in edinir. Daha evrensel bir hayat suuml;rduuml;rmek ve geniş kitlelerle ilişkilerimizi geliştirmek istiyorsak, imkanlarımız elverdigi ouml;lccedil;uuml;de, ouml;nce ufkumuzu en fazla genişletebilecek, ilgi alanımızın gerektirdigi, bir ya da birkaccedil; lsquo;ouml;grenme dilirsquo; edinmeli ve bu dil vy dillerle amaccedil;larımıza uygun iyi bir ouml;grenim gouml;rmeliyiz. Language is one of the most necessary tools that human beings need to continue an efficient life. Therefore people learn languages including their mother tongues to reach their aims. If we want to maintain more universal a life and develop our relations with larger group of people, first we must acquire one or a couple of ldquo;learning languagesrdquo; which will make our horrizon the broadest and are required by our interests, and we must have a through learning in those languages in accordance with our our aims.
