Abstract:

Ouml;ZET Osmanlı Devleti'nin zirveye ccedil;ıktığı douml;nemlerin en ouml;nemli bilgini Ebusuud Efendi'dir. O, Kanuni Sultan Suuml;leyman'ın şeyhuuml;lislamıdır. Hukuk ve tefsir sahasında ciddi eserleri bulunmaktadır. Onun bu şouml;hretinden yararlanmak isteyen ve adına izafeten risaleler yazan kimseler bulunmuştur. Ccedil;alışma konumuzu da bouml;ylesi bir risale oluşturmaktadır. Risale, ouml;zellikle İran Safevı Devletine karşı kamuoyu oluşturmak ve ilgilileri gouml;reve ccedil;ağırmak maksadıyla yazılmıştır. İccedil;inde farklı isimlere ait fetvalar da yer almaktadır. ABSTRACT Ebussuud is the most important scholar at top periods of Otornan Empire. He is the biggest mufti of Kanuni Sultan Suleyman. He has important books related to lawand interpretation fields. There are some authors taking advantage from his reputation and writing papers for him. This study is also a paper at same topic. The paper was especial1y written to people against to Iranian Safewi State and to cal1 administrators for their missions. The paper has also religional decisions written by different indıviduals.
