Abstract:

Makalede Rusya Federasyonu'nda yaşayan Azerbaycan Tuuml;rkleri'nin sosyal-ekonomik ve sosyalmiddot;kuuml;ltuuml;rel durumları, aynı zamanda onların ccedil;eşitli problemlerini ifade eden 'Azerros' teşkilatı, onun ouml;nemli yan kuruluşu olan 'Şehriyar Meclisi'nin faaliyeti ele alınmaktadır. Aynı zamanda bu teşkilatlarla işbirligi yapan bir ccedil;ok Azeri uuml;nlU işadamlarının, bilim ve sanat adamlarının Rusya Federasyonunda, Azeri halkının dili, dini, manevi kuuml;ltuuml;ruuml;, gelenek ve gouml;reneklerini teblig etmek, geliştirmek yolunda gouml;sterdikleri ccedil;abalar ve katkılar gouml;z ouml;nuuml;ne getiriyor. Şehriyar Meclisi'nin aktif iştirakccedil;ıları olan bir ccedil;ok şairin şiirleri Tuuml;rk okuyucularına sunulmaktadır. nbsp; ABSTRACT This article is about socio-economical and socio-cultural situation of Azerbaijan Turks living in Russian Federation with o focus ofinterest in the activities of 'Şehriyar Meclisi', an important part of 'Azerrios İnstitution', which is a foundation for the solution of their problems. The contribution of the businessmen, scientists and men of art working with this institution for the improvement of the language, religion, spiritual culture, fashion and tradition ofthe citizens ofRussian Federation is also taken into consideration. Besides, poems of numerous poets who are active participants of 'Şehriyar Meclisi' are presented.
