Abstract:

Ouml;zet Tuuml;rkiye soft (kayak, dağ, termal, yat, yayla, gouml;l, macera, gibi ) turizm accedil;ısından ccedil;ok zengin bir uuml;lkedir. Bu youml;relerden biri olan Hazar Baba Dağı dağcılık, trekking, yamaccedil; paraşuuml;tuuml;, yayla, kayak ve inanccedil; turizmi accedil;ısından uygun değerler sunmaktadır. Ccedil;alışmamıza konu olan Hazar Baba kayak merkezi Elazığ il merkezinin guuml;neydoğusunda, Sivrice ilccedil;esinin youml;netim alanı iccedil;inde olup, Sivricersquo;ye 6 km, Elazığrsquo;a 30 km uzaklıkta, Hazar Baba dağının Hazar Gouml;luuml;ne bakan nbsp; yamacında, 1800-2000 m yuuml;kseltileri arasında yer almaktadır. Hazar Baba kayak merkezi konum nbsp; ve alternatif turizm değerleri taşıması itibariyle gelişmeye son derece muuml;saittir. nbsp; Oldukccedil;a yuuml;ksek bir kış turizmi potansiyeline sahip olan kayak merkezi, tanıtımın yeterince yapılamaması ve alt yapı eksikliğinin giderilememesi nedeniyle henuuml;z turistik ccedil;ekim merkezi ouml;zelliği kazanamamıştır. Merkezin tanıtımı yapıldığı takdirde youml;rede hakim olan yaz turizmi ile birlikte kış turizmi de canlanacak ve buna bağlı olarak da nbsp; turizmde farklı etkinlikler nbsp; gouml;ruuml;lecektir. Hazar Baba kayak merkezinde kayak yapma sezonu, Ocak ayı başı ile Mart ayının ikinci yarısı arasında yaklaşık 75-90 guuml;n suuml;rmektedir. Hazar gouml;luuml; ve ccedil;evresinde birccedil;ok konaklama ve dinlenme tesisi faaliyet gouml;stermekte olup kayak merkezine sadece 8-15 km mesafede olan bu tesisler, konaklama ihtiyacına cevap verebilecek duuml;zeydedir. Kayak merkezini nbsp; Hazar gouml;luuml; turizm değerlerinin tamamlaması nedeniyle başta ccedil;evre yerleşmeler olmak uuml;zere uuml;lkenin değişik bouml;lgelerinden yerli ve yabancı turistlerin yoğun ilgisini ccedil;ekebilecek potansiyele sahiptir. nbsp; Anahtar kelimeler : Elazığ, turizm, kayak merkezi, Hazar Baba dağı nbsp; ABSTRACT Turkey is a quite rich country in terms of soft tourism. Hazar Baba Mountain, which is the one of these regions, is a suitable in terms of mountain climbing, trekking, hand gliding, plateau, ski and belief tourism. Hazar Baba ski-centre, which is nbsp;nbsp; a subject of our study, is in the southeast of Elazığ. It is included within the Sivrice district. The distance of Hazar Baba to Sivrice is about 6 km., and also the distance between Hazar Baba and Elazığ is about 30 km. Hazar Mountain is approximately 2347 m. That ski centre is founded between 1800-2000 m. Hazar Baba ski-centre is completely favourable in the sense of site and alternative tourism. The ski-centre, which has a quite high potential of the Winter Tourism, could not gain the characteristic of tourist favourable yet, because of the lack of advertisement and infrastructure. On condition that advertisement of this ski-centre is enough, then Winter Tourism can come to life as well as Summer Tourism. Additionally, different types of activity will appear in tourism in this region. The season of ski in Hazar Baba ski-centre is from the beginning of January to the middle of March. The season is approximately 75-90 days. A lot of guesthouse and vacation places are active. The distance between these foundations and the ski-centre is only 8-15 km. And also these foundations are sufficient for the need of staying for the night. The ski-centre is completed by tourism worth of Hazar Lake.
