Abstract:

Lügatçilere ve Usulcülere Göre “Küll” ve “Cemî’” Kelimelerinin Anlamı Öz Dil ve fıkıh usulü düzleminde ele alınan “küll” ( كل ) ve “cemîʿ” ( جميع ) konusu önemini dil ve düşünce bağlantısından almaktadır. En küçük birimi harfler ve kelimeler olan dil olgusu, dile medar olan düşüncenin şekil ya da seslerle sembolleştirilmiş somut bir tezahürüdür. Dolayısıyla dil ve düşünce bu bağlamda özdeş denilebilecek bir ilişki içerisindedir. Konuyu bu çok geniş felsefi bir zeminde ele alma yerine, kuramsal bir noktaya taşımamız gerektiğinde, irdelemek istediğimiz lafızları, öncelikle işlevselliği açısından ele almak icap edecektir. Daha sonra da bu işlevselliğin sistematik düşünce platformunda nasıl kullanılmış olduğunu incelemek gerekecektir. Elbette Arap dili ve o dilin üzerine kurulu bir takım disiplinler söz konusu olunca akla ilk gelen İslam Hukuk Metodolojisi ve bu disiplinin dil ve düşünce ekseni üzerine oturttuğu konular olacaktır. Biz bu makalemizde Arap dilinde umum ifade eden birçok lafız ya da kelime formları içerisinden yalnız “küll” ve “cemîʿ” lafızlarını seçerek, birbirlerine olan benzerliklerden dolayı aralarındaki farklılıkları ortaya çıkarıp arkasından da istinbat (çıkarım) boyutunda ne tür yansımalar gösterdiğini inceledik. Bir nevi dil ve düşünce bağlamını, özellikle de İslam düşüncesindeki uygulama boyutundaki bir örneği de böylelikle dikkatlere sunmuş olduk. Meanings of “Kull” and “Jamee’” According to Lexicographers and Methodologists Abstract If we take the words “kull” ( كل ) and “jamîʿ” ( جميع ) in plane of thought in Arabic language, should transform the subject in a large extent to the area of the Methodology of Islamic law. We have compared the topic on the interdisciplinary area. So chose the “kül and cemî” and later on examined what kind of reflections has been in the context of language and thought. That is, we showed the theoretical context of the application in language and thought. Instead of handling this topic in a wide philosophical area, we need to deal with the words we want to study from the point of functionality when required to carry this point to a theoretical point. In this article, we chose only the words “kull” and “jamîʿ” from many forms of words or utterances that express generality in Arabic. Then, we revealed their differences because of the similarity they have. Finally we examined the reflection of what it showed in the inference dimension. This way, we have pointed out the language and thought context , especially an example that is applicated in the Islamic thought.
