Aynı siyasi, iktisadi ve içtimai şartlar altında yaşayan sanatçılar arasında etkileşimin olması ve birbirlerinin tesiri altında kalmaları doğaldır. Bu yüzden aynı nesle mensup Fikret ve Akif’in de benzer bir ruha sahip olması kaçınılmaz olarak görülmektedir. Her ne kadar düşünce bakımından birbirlerinin muarızı olarak bilinseler de şiiri nesre yaklaştırmaları, aruzu Türkçeye intibak ettirmeleri ve şiirde aynı temalara değinmeleri bakımından benzerlik göstermektedirler. Fikret ve Akif’in birbirleriyle münasebetleri, genellikle “Tarih-i Kadim” münakaşaları çerçevesinde gündeme gelmektedir. Ancak bu münakaşanın dışında gerek benzer isimli gerekse benzer temalı şiirlerinin olduğu gözden kaçmaz. Bu iki şairin ortak temalı/isimli şiirlerinin olmasına karşın bu şiirlerde hayata ve dine farklı bakışları, çalışmamızın esasını teşkil eder. Sanatı samimiyetle özdeşleştiren Fikret, sanatçıya büyük görevler düştüğünü belirterek onun toplumla ile iç içe olması gerektiğini savunur. Coppée’den etkilenerek yazdığı toplumsal içerikli şiirlerinde gözleme sıkça yer verir. Yaşadıklarını şiir vasıtasıyla dile getirir. Özel hayatında yaşadığı aile içi acılar, onun sanat anlayışını belirlemede etkili olur. İlk döneminde dinî içerikli şiirler yazmasına karşın yaşadıklarının etkisiyle inanç bunalımı geçirdiği bilinmektedir. Fikret gibi Akif de yaşadığı cemiyetin meselelerini eserlerine yansıtır. Kimsenin dikkatini çekmeyen sıradan bazı sosyal meseleleri, manzumelerine konu edinerek hayat ile şiiri kaynaştırır. Sosyal meseleleri, şiirinin konusu yapar. Bu meseleleri, şairlikten önde tutar. Batmakta olan toplumu kurtarmanın çığlığı ve sesi olur. Asıl sanatkâr ve şair yönünü ise dua tarzındaki şiirlerinde gösterir. Bu çalışmanın giriş kısmında, Fikret ve Akif’in sanat anlayışlarının genel çerçevesi çizildikten sonra, bu şahısların benzer isimli/temalı manzumeleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha sonra bu manzumeler, toplumsal ve dinî içerikli olmak üzere iki ana başlık şeklinde irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
It is natural that there is interaction between the artists living under the same political, economic and internal conditions and that they remain under the control of each other. Therefore it is inevitable that the same generation members of the Mind and Akif also have a similar spirit. Though they are known as one another's counterparts in terms of thought, they are similar in terms of their approach to poetry, their desire to the Turkish and their reference to the same topics in the poetry. Thought and Akif's relationships with each other are often scheduled in the framework of "History-i Old" disputes. However, it is not unlikely that the poems are similar to the poems that are similar to the poems. Despite the common theme/name poems of these two poems, the different views of life and religion in these poems are the basis of our work. Idea, which intimately identifies the art, claims that the artist has great tasks and that he must be interconnected with society. Coppée often observes his social contents in his poems. He speaks what he lives through poetry. The family’s pain he lives in his private life is effective in determining his art understanding. It is known that in the early days of his writing of religious contents poems, he was affected by the influence of what he lived. As a thought, Akif also reflects the issues of the community he lives in his works. Some ordinary social issues that do not attract anyone’s attention, the poetry and life are mixed with them by the subject of their scripts. Social issues are the subject of poetry. This is the subject of the poetry. It is the cry and the voice of the rescue. The artists and poets show the direction in their poems in their prayer style. In the introduction of this work, after the general framework of the art concepts of Fikret and Akif was drawn up, the focus was on the similar names/subjects of these persons.
