So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, sınıf öğretmenlerinin istenmeyen davranışlara ilişkin yeterliliklerini bazı değişkenlere göre ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2006- 2007 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Erzurum il merkezinde görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma için ilk önce literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Uzman görüşlerinden ve yapılmış araştırmaların bilgi toplama ölçeklerinden yararlanılarak bir anket formu hazırlanmıştır. Öğretmenler ankette yer alan maddelere ilişkin cevaplarını "Evet, Kısmen, Hayır" kategorilerinden birisini işaretleyerek belirlemişlerdir. Veriler frekans (f), yüzde (%), aritmetik ortalama ( x ) ve t testi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda, öğretmen görüşleri arasında mesleki kıdeme, son bitirilen alana ve hizmet içi eğitim kurslarına katılma durumuna göre anlamlı farklılıklara ulaşılmıştır.
