Abstract:

Women employment and approach to social security and related practices indicate the development level of the countries. This point of view expresses the importance given by the nation to humanity, acceptance level of universal values and the maturation. It takes a very long process for societies to capture this positive point of view and to create thought for forming an equal society. Archaic huge obstacles in approach of societies to women and their evaluations, changes and conversions are experienced. For the purposes of enabling this enlighten, societies are in need of activists, wise individuals, leaders, policy-makers and modern non-governmental organizations. In respect to working life, granting social securities to women, taking records, change of sectoral mentality and smoothing this process through legislation and execution are closely related to women employment. In this study, paradigm change of women employment in Turkey and dimensions of social security granted for women shall be focused on and solution offers shall be brought for problems related to social security.
