So many results that aren't mine?

Bu makalede, Osmanlı devlet sisteminin klasik yapısının çözülerek yerini farklı yapılanmalara bıraktığı XVIII. yüzyılda, Trabzon eyaletini idare eden Ömer Paşanın hayatı ele alınmaktadır. Bir biyografi denemesi olan bu çalışma sayesinde Paşanın faaliyetleri temelinde Osmanlı taşrasının XVIII. yüzyıldaki siyasî, sosyal ve iktisadî şartlarını anlamayı, taşra idaresinin bu yıllardaki işleyişini görmeyi sağlayan bilgilere ulaşmak mümkün olmaktadır.
