Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to try to understand the concerns about the appointments of teachers of the final class students who continue their studies in the educational faculty. In the research designed in phenomenological design from quality research methods, the maximum diversity sampling method has been used in the creation of the work group. The study’s work group, Class Teaching, Turkish Teaching, Social Information Teaching, Science Information Teaching, Mathematics Teaching, formed 23 teachers candidates, including 17 women and 6 men who studied in the fourth class. In the analysis of data collected with a semi-configured interview form, the "content analysis and visual analysis" technique has been used. The research findings have been evaluated in two topics: the opinions of the teacher candidates, "Problems and concerns about employment", "Operations and solutions from the government". In the end of the study, the teaching candidates were concerned about the appointment, the training was considered "unfair, unfair, unnecessary, insufficient, money-based, unqualified, false teaching, unethical"; the paid teaching was considered "unsufficient wage paid, exploited, an alternative option, ungaranted work, unfair and wrong"; the contractual teaching was considered "long, unfair, wrong, ungaranted work". The teaching candidates have noted the lack of the number of appointments, the high formation of the KPSS scores and the wrong appointments are made; it is clear that the state has expectations of "carrier employment" and that they want to be employed because of "secure, continuous, guaranteed and offered rights".
