Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to identify the problems that newly beginners in the profession are facing and to discover possible solutions to overcome these problems. This research is organized using the event design in the framework of the research approach. The study’s work group consists of 31 teachers identified using the measurement sampling technique. The research data was obtained using a semi-configured interview form. The data collected is analyzed using the visual analysis technique. The participants have ranked the problems they encounter; the parents are uninterested with the school-student and the students are uninterested, some students lack cleaning, the practical education received at the university is insufficient, the teachers lack the material in the school in which they work, the district National Education Directorate (MEM) has communication problems with the managers and some teachers have difficulties in finding the vehicle where they work. Participants have also made a number of remarkable suggestions, such as increasing the internship time that candidate teachers receive in their bachelor’s education to address these problems that teachers face and the internship should be carried out not only in a single school located in the center but also in several different schools and rural schools. The researchers have concluded that if teachers do not overcome these problems within a short time, they will experience unhappiness and fatigue syndrome in the first years of their career and will result in the loss of adult human power.
