Abstract:

The presidential decisions expressing the presidential actions in its individual status face many problems in terms of judicial inspection. These issues highlight the relationship between the presidential decrees and the presidential decisions and the transition between the presidential regulatory processes and the individual processes. After the new government system, the presidential decisions became even more important. Therefore, it is necessary to address the theoretical and practical issues of the presidential decisions and the constitutional arrangement. The study revealed the legal nature of the presidential decisions, compared with the other presidential processes. Before and after the President’s actions, the point where the President’s decisions came was discussed in this context. The presidential judgment of the presidential decisions has been discussed, the current situation has been attracted to the problems that may arise. There are a number of proposals that will facilitate judicial inspection.
