The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between Turkish Standards Institution white collar employees’ perceptions of transformational leadership behaviours and their positive psychological capitals. In this regard, firstly relationship between transformational leadership and positive psychological capital was scrutinized, and then within this relation if education level of the paticipants have a mediator affect on this variables was analized. The sample consist of 278 white collar employees who work in Turkish Standarts Instution. The number of participant is 278 who have made survey. The participant were applied questionnaires relating to demographic variables of the employees, transformational leadership and positive psychological capital. The results of the study were analyzed by using IBM SPSS 22.0 statistical packet program and AMOS. In this analysis of the data; frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, Pearson Correlation analysis and hypothesis tests were used. The results of the study reveal a significant relationship between transformational leadership and positive psychological capital. In addition within the relationship between transformational leadership and positive psychological capital, there is a moderating role of participant’s education level.
