Introduction and Target: Atrial septal defect (ASD) is one of the most common genital heart defects. Second ASD accounts for 80% of ASDs. Complications of untreated ASDs can include atrial arithmics, paradoxal embolism, right ventricular insufficiency and pulmonary hypertension that may be irreversible. Percutaneous ASD closure gives surgical advantage due to reasons such as easy application, low complication rate, low cost, short hospital stay time, less entrepreneurial formation and long-term successful results. Method and Requirements: The work was done retrospectively in the light of the data obtained from the records. Between July 2017 and July 2019 Van Hundred Years Stursun Odabaş Medical Center cardiology clinic transistoric ecocardiography (TTE) and transözefagial ecocardiography (TEE) with secondary ASD diagnosis and transcateter path closing process suitable 75 facts were included.
