Introduction and Target: Atrial septal defect (ASD) is one of the most common genital heart defects. Second ASD accounts for 80% of ASDs. Complications of untreated ASDs can include atrial arithmics, paradoxal embolism, right ventricular insufficiency and pulmonary hypertension that may be irreversible. Percutaneous ASD closure gives surgical advantage due to reasons such as easy application, low complication rate, low cost, short hospital stay time, less entrepreneurial formation and long-term successful results. Method and Requirements: The work was done retrospectively in the light of the data obtained from the records. Between July 2017 and July 2019 Van Hundred Years Stursun Odabaş Medical Center cardiology clinic transistoric ecocardiography (TTE) and transözefagial ecocardiography (TEE) with secondary ASD diagnosis and transcateter path closing process suitable 75 facts were included. Patients with aortic rhinitis without a rhinitis of more than 5mm and patients with a total septum length of more than 38mm were not taken to study. Patients with the right ventricular volume load and Qp/Qs >1.5 were taken to the study. Seventy-five patients were included in the database. The procedure was successful in 69 patients (92%). The average age of the cases was 36 ±(18-59) and the average age of the cases was 36 ±(18-59). In 92% of patients, Qp/Qs> 1.5 Other indications included a history of thrombembolism, reduced exercise tolerance, atrial arithmia, evidence of pulmonary hypertension or right heart overload. The ecocardiographically determined average Qp/Qs was 1.9±08(1.29-2.6). ACTIVATION and RESULTAT: Amplatzer septal occluder with ASD closing as peruvian compared to the surgical method is high due to lower cost and the duration of stay in the hospital. The process is considered as the first approach today because the success rate is high as well as the complication rate is low, but it is recommended that the process is carried out in experienced centers by highly experienced operators.
