Abstract:

Purpose: In the study randomly selected 100 patients taken conic radiated computer tomography (KIBT) images, the aim was to evaluate the relationship between nasal septum deviation (NSD) and conic bullose (KB) and the presence of these anomalies with the pathologies of the maxilar sinus. Tools and Methods: The study included KIBT images of randomly selected 100 patients found in the application and research hospital archive of the Faculty of Dental Medicine. On the images, the presence and type of KB, the presence and quantity of NSD, and the mucous changes in the sinuses of the maxile were evaluated. Statistically, the relationship of these anomalies with each other and with the mucous changes observed in the sinuses of the muscles was studied. The findings: NSD was observed in 66% of patients evaluated and KB in 72%. Maxiles were present in 49% of patients assessed by sinus pathologies. There are a number of KB-types. A statistically meaningful relationship between NSD and KB was found and these anomalies were observed associated with the pathologies observed in the macular sinuses. A positive correlation was found between the amount of NSD and the presence of KB and the amount of NSD and the pathologies of the sinus. The result: NSD and KB are quite common synonazal anomalies and are related to each other. These anomalies are associated with mucous changes that develop in the sinus. As the amount of NSD increases, the rate of pathological changes in the KB and maxilar sinuses increases. Keywords Konik Wireless Computer Tomography, Konka Bulloza, Nasal Septum Deviation
