Sahip olduğu ekolojik zenginlik Türkiye’nin geniş bir coğrafyada birçok meyve türünün yetişmesine ve anavatanı olmasına ya da anavatanları arasında yer almasına sebep olmuştur. Armudun da gen merkezleri arasında yer alan Türkiye’de çok sayıda mahalli armut çeşit ve genotipleri bulunmakta ve bunlar da meyve ıslahı bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışma da Ordu ili Gölköy ilçesinde bir üreticiye ait olan ve 1800’lü yıllarda kurulduğu bilinen isimsiz armut genotiplerinin bulunduğu bir bahçede 2018 ve 2019 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Yapılan incelemelerle, eylül sonu-ekim başlarında hasat olumuna gelen ve meyve pomolojik özellikleri bakımından birbirinden farklı olan 10 genotip belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre genotiplerde meyve ağırlığı 61.83 g-155.56 g, meyve çapı 48.86 mm-64.98 mm, meyve boyu 47.94 mm-62.08 mm, meyve sapı uzunluğu 33.82 mm-33.90 mm, meyve sapı kalınlığı 2.01 mm-3.34 mm, çekirdek evi eni 3.96 mm- 5.86 mm, çekirdek evi boyu 7.54 mm- 10.41 mm, meyve eti sertliği 3.93 kg/cm2-5.47 kg/cm2, meyve suyunda suda çözünür kuru madde içeriği %8.05-%13.15 ve titreedilebilir asit miktarı %1.48-%3.92 değerleri arasında değişmiştir. İncelenen genotipler ilerideki çeşit ıslahı çalışmaları için dikkate alınabilir.
The ecological wealth it possesses has caused Turkey to grow many species of fruit in a wide geography and to become its homeland or among its homeland. There are many genetic species and genotypes in Turkey, which are among the genetic centers of Armudun, and they are also important in terms of fruit fertilization. This study was also carried out in the 2018 and 2019 years in a garden where an unknown genotypes of arms were founded in the 1800s, which belongs to a producer in the Army or Gölköy district. According to the study, 10 genotypes were identified in late September and early October, which were positive in harvesting and differed in terms of the fruit's pomological characteristics. According to the study, the weight of the fruit in genotypes is 61.83 g-155.56 g, the diameter of the fruit is 48.86 mm-64. 98 mm, fruit length 47.94 mm-62.08 mm, fruit gap length 33.82 mm-33.90 mm, fruit gap thickness 2.01 mm-3.34 mm, core house length 3.96 mm- 5.86 mm, core house length 7.54 mm- 10.41 mm, fruit meat hardness 3.93 kg/cm2-5.47 kg/cm2, water-soluble dry substance content 8.05-13.15% and vibrable acid quantity varied between 1.48-3.92% values. The examined genotypes can be considered for future various healing studies.
