Hayat Bilgisi Öğretim Programındaki Değerlerin Hayat Bilgisi Ders Kitaplarına Yansıma Durumu

Öğretim programlarında belirtilen değerler ile ders kitaplarında öğrencilere kazandırılmak istenen değerlerin birbiriyle örtüşüp örtüşmediği konusu dikkate değer bir sorunsal olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu açıdan, hayat bilgisi ders kitaplarının, hayat bilgisi öğretim programlarıyla uyumunun incelenmesi, değerler eğitimi açısından söz konusu dersin daha verimli hale getirilmesi bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Bu araştırma, hayat bilgisi öğretim programlarında belirtilen değerlerin hayat bilgisi ders kitaplarında yer alma durumlarının ortaya konması amacına yönelik nitel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmada, hayat bilgisi öğretim programlarında belirtilen değerlerin ders kitaplarında karşılığının olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. 2018 - 2019 eğitim - öğretim döneminde Türkiye’de okutulan 1, 2 ve 3. sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitapları, üzerinde çalışılacak dokümanlar olarak belirlenmiştir. Nitel verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi NVivo nitel analiz programı yardımıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; 1. sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitabında 574 değer ifadesinin, 2. sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitabında 583 değer ifadesinin, 3. sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitabında (evrensel iletişim yay.) 1072 değer ifadesinin, 3. sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitabında (MEB yay.) 933 değer ifadesinin yer aldığı belirlenmiştir. 1. sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitabında en çok sorumluluk, öz denetim, toplumsallık değerleri, 2. sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitabında en çok sorumluluk, öz denetim, yardımseverlik değerleri, 3. sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitaplarında en çok sorumluluk, öz denetim, tasarruf değerlerine rastlanmıştır.

Abstract:

The subject of the values specified in the teaching programs and the values desired to be awarded to the students in the teaching books is a considerable problem. In this regard, the study of the compatibility of life knowledge curricula, life knowledge curriculum, is important in terms of making the subject course more efficient in terms of value education. This research is a qualitative study aimed at revealing the status of the values specified in the life knowledge curricula. The study has studied whether the values indicated in the life knowledge curricula are rewarded in the curricula. The method of document examination was used. 2018 - 2019 education - in the teaching period in Turkey studied 1, 2 and 3 class life knowledge curriculum books, have been determined as documents to be studied on. In the analysis of quality data, visual analysis and content analysis techniques have been used. The analysis of data is done with the help of the NVivo quality analysis program. According to the study, 574 value expressions in the 1st class life knowledge curriculum, 583 value expressions in the 2nd class life knowledge curriculum, 3rd class life knowledge curriculum (universal communication publication). 1072 value expression, 3rd class life knowledge in the curriculum (MEB ed.) The 933 value expression has been identified. 1st class life knowledge is the most responsibility in the curriculum, self-control, sociality values, 2. Class life knowledge is found in the lesson the most responsibility, self-control, utility values, class life knowledge the most responsibility, self-control, savings values in the lesson books.

Whether the issue of values specified in the curriculum and the values desired to be acquired by the students in the textbooks match with each other is a remarkable problematic. In this respect, it is important to examine the compatibility of life science textbooks with life science teaching programs and to make the course more efficient in terms of values education. This research is a qualitative study aimed at revealing the status of the values specified in the life science curriculums in the life studies textbooks. In the study, it was investigated whether the values specified in the life science curriculums correspond to the textbooks. Document examine method was used in the research. 2018 - 2019 education - education is taught in Turkey during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade life science textbooks, was determined on the documents to be studied. In the analysis of qualitative data, descriptive and content analysis techniques were used. Data were analyzed by using the NVivo qualitative analysis program. As a result of the research; it was determined that 574 value expressions were included in the content of the first-grade life science textbook, 583 value expressions were included in the content of the second-grade life science textbook, 1072 value expressions were included in the content of the third-grade life science textbook (universal communication publisher), 933 value expressions were included in the content of the third grade life science textbook (the ministry of national education publisher). It was observed that the responsibility, self-control, social values were commonly used values in the first-grade life science textbooks and the responsibility, self-control, helpfulness values were the common values in the second-grade life science textbooks.
