The Little Kaynarca Treaty was a treaty that changed all the balances in the North of the Black Sea to the benefit of Russia and prepared the ground for the Crimean dynasty. From the entry into force of the treaty, Russia and the Ottoman State first entered the struggle of influence in the Crimea and then in Eflak-Bogdan. In 1783, Russia joined the Crimea and eradicated the most important obstacle in progress towards both the Black Sea and the Balkans. After this date, the Eflak-Bogdan lands gained much more importance for the two states. While Russia is trying to increase its influence by assigning a console to the region, the Ottoman State has tried to prevent the opening of the console by closer monitoring the activities of the Eflak-Bogdan and the Russian console in the process that could not prevent the influence in the region. However, the activities of the Russian Consulate in Eflak-Bogdan and the superiority of the Russians in the wars between the two states led to increased Russian influence in Eflak-Bogdan.
