İlk olarak Çin’de ortaya çıkan ve daha sonra tüm dünyaya yayılan Covid-19 pandemisi bir çok sektörü etkilediği gibi eğitim sektörünü de etkilemiştir. Pandeminin hızla yayılmasını engellemek için alınan ilk önlem sosyal mesafe olmuş ve insanlararası temasın fazla olduğu yerler kapatılmıştır. Bu yerler içerisine eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerinin yürütüldüğü tüm kurumlar da dahil edilmiş ve eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerinin Uzaktan Eğitim şeklinde yürütülmesine karar verilmiştir. Gerek eğitim alan gerek eğitim veren kişiler uzaktan eğitim sistemini kullanmaya başlamıştır. Dolayısı ile araştırmanın temel amacı Teknoloji Kabul Modeli çerçevesinde uzaktan eğitim sisteminin kullanımına yönelik öğrencilerin memnuniyet ve davranışsal niyetlerini belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda veriler hazırlanan online anket formu ile toplanmış ve elde edilen veriler Spss ve Amos programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarında algılanan fayda ve performans beklentisinin memnuniyet ve davranışsal niyet üzerinde; memnuniyetin ise davranışsal niyet üzerinde anlamlı etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The Covid-19 pandemic, which first emerged in China and then spread throughout the world, has affected the education sector as well as many sectors. The first measure taken to prevent the rapid spread of the pandemic was social distances and places where the interpersonal contact was excessively closed. These places include all the institutions where education and teaching activities are carried out and the decision is made to carry out the training and teaching activities in the form of distance education. Those who need training have started to use the remote education system. Thus, the main purpose of the research is to determine the satisfaction and behavioral intentions of students towards the use of the remote education system within the framework of the Technology Admission Model. In this context, the data was collected with the online survey form prepared and the data obtained was analyzed with the Spss and Amos programs. The results of the analysis concluded that the benefit and performance expectations perceived on satisfaction and behavioral intention, while satisfaction has a meaningful impact on behavioral intention.

In this context, all institutions where education activities were carried out were closed and it was decided to conduct education activities in the form of Distance Education. People who are both educators and trainers have had to use the distance education system. Therefore, the main purpose of the research is to determine students' satisfaction and behavioral intentions towards the use of the distance education system within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model. The data were collected with the prepared online questionnaire and the obtained data were analyzed with Spss and Amos programs. In the analysis results, it was concluded that perceived usefulness and performance expectation have a significant effect on satisfaction and behavioral intention, and satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral intention.
