Kadim medeniyetlerden günümüze modern zamanların tüketim kalıplarıyla lime lime parçalara ayrılarak çelişkiler yumağındaki dağılan insanın hakikat yolculuğunda hayatın anlam ve mana arayışı hız kazanmıştır. İnsanoğlunun bu hakikat yolculuğunda insanlığın sesi olan Vicdani Lideri ölçümleyici, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Ölçek taslağının geliştirilmesi amacıyla literatür incelenerek 63 ifadeden madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. İlk pilot uygulaması 63 ifade ile 247 örneklem üzerinden, ikinci pilot çalışma 55 ifade ve 447 örneklem ile test edilmiştir. Nihai ölçek 46 ifade ve 1041 örneklem üzerinden geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma, değişik demografik özelliklere sahip Dumlupınar Üniversitesi akademisyen, öğrenci ve çalışanlarına gönüllülük esasına göre 5 noktalı Likert tipinde uygulanmıştır. Elde ettiğimiz bulgular ışığında Vicdani Liderliğin 7 faktörlü yapısının “1. Koruma ve Güçlendirme”, “2. Toplumsal Duyarlılık”, “3. Üstün Görev Ahlakı”, “4. Bilinçli Farkındalık”, “5. Tevazu”, “6. Yaratıcıya Karşı Sorumluluk” ve “7. Etik Değerler” olarak adlandırılması çalışma ekibince uygun görülmüştür. Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi’nden (AFA) sonra Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi ile test edilen ölçeğin Cronbach’s Alpha katsayısı 0,959 sonucuyla çok iyi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda ölçeğe ait toplam varyansın 0,581’ini açıklarken saptanan yedi alt faktörün madde yük değerlerinin 0,46 ile 0,87 arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir.
From ancient civilizations to the present day, the consumption patterns of modern times have divided the lemon into pieces of lemon in the journey of the truth of the dispersed man in the cavity of contradictions has gained the speed of life’s meaning and man’s search for. For the purpose of developing the scale draft literature, a material pool of 63 expressions was created. The first pilot application was tested with 63 expressions with 247 samples, the second pilot study with 55 expressions and 447 samples. The final scale was developed through 46 expressions and 1041 samples. The research was implemented in the likert type of 5 points according to the principle of volunteering to Dumlupınar University academics, students and employees with different demographic characteristics. In the light of the findings we obtained, the 7 factors of the Conscious Leadership structure; "1. Protecting and strengthening “2. Social sensitivity, “3. The Higher Mission Ethics, “4. “Consciousness” 5. “Tevazu”, “6” Responsibility to the Creator” and “7. “Ethical values” is considered appropriate for the work team. After the Opening Factor Analysis (AFA), the scale tested with the Confirming Factor Analysis (DFA) Structural Equality Modeling was determined to be very good with the Cronbach's Alpha ratio of 0.959. The results of the analysis revealed the total variance of the scale of 0.581, and the substance load values of the seven subfactors found varied between 0.46 and 0.87.

At this speed, the conscientious leader of humanity, the voice of humanity, is to develop a measuring, valid and reliable scale. In order to develop the scale draft, the relevant literature was examined by the team members and expression pool consisting of 63 statements was formed. The final scale was developed over 46 expressions and 1041 samples. The research was carried out at Dumlupınar University. According to the findings, 7 sub-factor structure of Conscientious Leadership; “1.Protection and Empowerment”, “2.Civic Sensibility”, “3.Superior Duty Ethic”, “4.Conscious Awareness”, “5.Humility”, “6.Responsibility to the Creator” and “7.Ethical Values” was deemed appropriate by study team. After the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), the scale was tested with Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) (Structural Equation Modeling) and it was found to be very good with Cronbach Alpha coefficient 0,959. The analysis showed that the load values of the seven sub-factors varied between 0,46 and 0,87 when explaining 0,581 of the total variance of the scale.
