In this study, the effects of hemp leaf extract (HYE) added to the ovarian chicken (Nick Brown; 32 weeks) rations on certain blood parameters and the joint bacterial content were studied. In the 32-week study, 96 Nick Brown eggs were divided into 4 groups, so that one control (HYE-0) and three would be a test group. In a study of a week-long exercise period of a total of 10 weeks, HYE-0 group was fed with basal food. For each 1 kg of mixed food, 1 g of leaves; 2 g of leaves; 3 g of leaves, the extraction process was done and the extract was obtained by the test groups, adding the basal food at 45 mg kg-1 (HYE-1), 90 mg kg-1 (HYE-2) and 135 mg kg-1 (HYE-3) levels. In the study it was found that hemp leaf extract had no significant effect on the total number of cholform bacteria, and that it had a significant effect on the number of lactobasil (p<0.05). It has been determined that the levels of 90 mg kg-1 and 135 mg kg-1 in the race increased the number of lactobasil (p<0.05). It has been found that the serum glucose extract has no significant effect on albumin, phosphorus levels and AST and GGT enzyme activities. In terms of serum triglyceride levels, there was a significant difference between the groups (p<0.05). As a result, it has been found that the use of hemp leaf extract in ovarian chicken proportions at levels of 90 mg kg-1 and 135 mg kg-1 may partially improve intestinal flora.
