Bu araştırmada futbol seyircilerinin siber zorbalık davranışlarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2018-2019 futbol sezonu Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu süper ligde yer alan Yeni Malatyaspor, Spor Toto 1. Ligde yer alan Elazığspor, 3. Ligde yer alan Adıyaman 1954 spor takımlarını destekleyen rastgele örneklem yöntemiyle seçilmiş 612 futbol seyircisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, kişisel bilgi formu ve spor seyircilerine yönelik araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen, Spor seyircilerinin siber zorbalık davranışları ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, 13-17 yaş grubu seyircilerin zorbalık düzeylerinin diğer yaş grubundaki seyircilere göre yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Cinsiyet bakımından kadınların siber zorbalık puanlarının erkeklere göre daha düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Eğitim düşük olan seyircilerin yüksek olan seyircilere göre siber zorbalık düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Bir taraftar derneğine üye olan seyircilerin olmayanlara göre siber zorbalık düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Seyircilerin maçları izleme sıklığı ve sosyal medya hesabına sahip olma durumlarına göre siber zorbalık düzeyleri arasında anlamlı yönde farklılıklar olduğu görülmüştür.
This study aims to explore the behavior of cyber harassment audiences in terms of various variables. The study’s work group, 2018-2019 football season Turkey Football Federation Super League, New Malatyaspor, Sport Toto 1. The place in the league, 3. In the league, Namiyaman forms 612 football spectators selected by the random sample method that supports the 1954 sports teams. In the framework of the research, the scale of cyber abuse behavior of sports audiences, developed by the researcher for personal information form and sports audiences, has been used. According to the research, the 13-17-year-old group found that the levels of harassment were higher than those in the other age group. Sexual cyber harassment rates of women are lower than men. The public with low education has seen a high level of cyber harassment. According to those who are not members of a supportive association, the levels of cyber harassment have been high. According to the audience’s frequency of watching the matches and the status of having a social media account, there have been significant differences between the levels of cyber harassment.
