Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları okul iklimine ilişkin algıları ve mesleki gerilim kaynaklarının betimlenmesi ve bu iki değişken arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Bu araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelinde olup nicel araştırma özelliği taşımaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2017-2018 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında, Batı Karadeniz’de ortaöğretim düzeyinde üç farklı okulda görev yapan 100 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında veri toplamak ve amacıyla iki adet ölçek kullanılmıştır. Örgütsel iklim belirleme ölçeği, bu araştırma kapsamında yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, 3 boyut ve 16 maddeden oluşan boyutların açıkladıkları toplam varyans % 64, Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı ise .91 şeklinde hesaplanmıştır. Diğer ölçme aracı mesleki gerilim kaynakları ölçeği ise bu araştırma kapsamında yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda 15 madde ve 3 boyuttan oluşmakta olup, boyutların açıkladıkları toplam varyans % 66.3 olup, ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı ise .89 şeklinde hesaplanmıştır. Analiz yapılan her bir birim için parametrik istatistiklerin temel varsayımı olan verilerin normal dağılım gösterip göstermedikleri hipotez testleriyle incelenmiş, verilerin bir kısmının normal dağıldığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ortaöğretim öğretmenlerinin okul iklimine ilişkin algılarının ortalamanın biraz üzerinde olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretmenlerin mesleki gerilim kaynakları ortalamasının ise çok az düzeyinin üzerinde olmak üzere biraz düzeyine tekabül etmiştir. Öğretmenler üzerinde en çok veli kaynaklı unsurların gerilime yol açtığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretmenlerin okul iklimine ilişkin algılarının mesleki gerilim kaynaklarını yordamasına ilişkin, her bir alt boyut için yapılan üç farklı regresyon analizi sonucunda, okul iklimi ölçeğinde ‘yönetim ile ilişkiler’ alt boyutunun, mesleki gerilim kaynakları ölçeğinin ‘yönetsel problemler’ alt boyutunun anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olarak varyansın % 12’sini açıkladığı ortaya çıkmıştır.
The purpose of this research is to describe the perceptions of teachers about the school climate in which they work and the sources of professional tensions and to study the relationship between these two variables. This research is in a relative scanning model and carries quantum research characteristics. The research work group consists of 100 teachers working in three different schools at the middle school level in the Western Black Sea in the 2017-2018 Education-Teaching year. In the study, two scales were used for the purpose of gathering and collecting data. The organisational climate determination scale is calculated as a result of the opening factor analysis conducted under this study, the total variance that the dimensions consist of 3 dimensions and 16 substances explained is 64, and the Cronbach Alpha reliability ratio is .91. The other measurement tool is the professional voltage sources scale, which is made up of 15 matters and 3 dimensions as a result of the disclaimer factor analysis conducted in this study, the total variance described by the dimensions is 66.3%, and the Cronbach Alpha reliability ratio of the scale is calculated in .89. The basic assumption of parametric statistics for each unit analyzed was that the data, which were the basic assumption of the parametric statistics for each unit analyzed, were examined by hypothesis tests that they showed normal distribution, and it was found that some of the data were normal distribution. The research found that the perceptions of high school teachers about the school climate were slightly above the average. The average level of teachers’ professional tensions corresponds to a little above the level. The teachers have found that the highest levels of the teachers are the highest levels of the teachers. According to the three different regression analysis of teachers’ perceptions of the school climate on the processing of professional stress sources, for each subdimensional, the school climate scale’s subdimensional ‘administration with relationships’ revealed 12% of the variance as a meaningful contributor to the subdimensional ‘administrative problems’ of the professional stress resources scale.
