Bu çalışmada, üniversite öğrencilerinin psikolojik sağlamlıkları ile yaşam doyumları arasındaki ilişkide genel öz-yeterliğin aracı etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Düzce Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 170 kız ve 237 erkek olmak üzere toplam 409 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, veri toplama aracı olarak Kısa Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği, Genel Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği ve Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği, kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS 26 istatistiksel analiz program kullanılarak Faktör Analizi, Güvenirlik Analizi, Pearson Korelasyon Analizi ve Process Macro (Model 4) kullanılarak aracı değişken analizi yapılarak test edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar psikolojik sağlamlık ile genel öz-yeterlik, psikolojik sağlamlık ile yaşam doyumu ve genel öz-yeterlik ile yaşam doyumu değişkenleri arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca ile psikolojik sağlamlık ile yaşam doyumu arasında genel öz-yeterliğin aracı etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
In this study, the median effect of general self-sufficiency on the relationship between the psychological strengths of university students and life satisfactions was studied. The sample of the study consists of a total of 409 university students, including 170 girls and 237 men who studied at Düzce University. In the study, the short psychological well-being scale, the general self-sufficiency scale, and the life extension scale, were used as the data collection tool. The obtained data have been tested using SPSS 26 statistical analysis program, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Process Macro (Model 4) using the tool variable analysis. The findings from the study showed that there are positive relationships between psychological stability and general self-sufficiency, psychological stability and life satisfaction and general self-sufficiency and life satisfaction variables. It is also concluded that between psychological stability and life satisfaction is the median effect of general self-sufficiency.
In this study, the mediating effect of general self-efficacy on the relationship between psychological resilience and life satisfaction of university students was investigated. The sample of the study consists of a total of 409 university students, 170 girls and 237 boys, studying at Düzce University. In the study, data were collected Short Resilience Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale. The data were analyzed by Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Pearson Correlation analysis using SPSS 26 statistical analysis program and by performing mediator variable analysis using Process Macro (Model 4). The results obtained from the study showed that there were positive and significant relationships between psychological resilience and general self-efficacy, psychological resilience and life satisfaction, and general self-efficacy and life satisfaction variables. In addition, it was concluded that general self-efficacy had a mediating effect between psychological resilience and life satisfaction.
