Abstract:

Yumuşak zemin koşullarında meydana gelen depremler göstermiştir ki, zemin ortamının özellikleri üst yapının dinamik davranışını büyük oranda değiştirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, temel empedans fonksiyonları kullanılarak yapı-temel-zemin dinamik etkileşimi dikkate alınmıştır. Adapazarı bölgesi zemin özellikleri göz önünde bulundurularak köprü ayağı-zemin sisteminin, deprem etkisindeki davranışı temel sönümüne bağlı olarak incelenmiştir.

Abstract:

Earthquakes occurring in the soft ground conditions show that the soil medium alters substantially the dynamic behavior of the structure. In this study, the impedance functions are used for considering the dynamic structure-foundation-soil interaction. The seismic response of bridge footing-soil system is investigated depending on the foundation damping by taking into consideration of soil characteristics for Adapazarı region
