Abstract:

Bu çalışmada Hitit çiviyazılı belgelerde geçen LÚ/MUNUSharwant- ve LÚ/MUNUSÙMMEDA’nın çeşitli görev ve işlevleri üzerinde durulmuştur. LÚ/MUNUSharwant- kelimesinin etimolojik açıklamalarından sonra bu görevlinin hamena-adamı, merhemli rahip, yaşlı adam (LÚŠU.GI), saki, tazelli-rahibi, iwant-kadını, palwatalla-kadını ve çığırtkan gibi çeşitli görevlilerle birlikte anıldığı görülmektedir. Hem Hititçe hem de Sumerce adlarıyla karşımıza çıkan bu görevlinin genel itibariyle “bakıcı, bekçi, ev kadını, gardiyan, hemşire,” gibi tanımlamalarla karşımıza çıktığı ve bu görevlinin Hatti kültüne mensup olduğu anlaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

This study focuses on the various tasks and functions of LÚ/MUNUSharwant- and LÚ/MUNUSÙMMEDA passing in the HITIT NIVEA documents. After the etimological explanations of the word LÚ/MUNUSharwant- this official is seen to be mentioned with various officials such as hamena-man, merhemli priest, old man (LÚŠU.GI), saki, tazelli-rahibi, iwant-woman, palwatalla-woman, and deaf. It is understood that this officer who came to us with both the names of Hititçe and Sumerce, in general, came to us with the definitions such as "the guardian, the guardian, the housewife, the guardian, the nurse," and that this officer belongs to the Hatti cult.
