So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Aim: TEPP (Total extraperitoneal preperitoneal) inguinal hernia repair is a laparoscopic technique. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of TEPP. Methods: Hospital records of 130 patients who underwent TEPP in Bezm-i Alem Valide Sultan Gureba Training and Research Hospital between January 2005 and January 2010 were retrospectively evaluated. Demographic characteristics, length of hospital stay, return to an active life, complications, and recurrence rates were determined. Results: The mean age was 41 years and 85% of the patients were male. Most of the patients had inguinal hernia type 3B according to Nyhus classification (92). Seven patients had 3C and, type 3A was found in 22 patients. Of the 130 patients, 9 had recurrence. The mean duration of surgery was 30 minutes and the mean length of hospital stay was 1.2 days. The most common complication was accumulation of fluid in the scrotum (24 patients). Major vascular injury, organ injury, and wound infection were not detected. There was no recurrence during 3-60-month-follow-up. Conclusion: Return to an active life, duration of surgery, complication rates, and cosmetic results in TEPP were better than that in other techniques.
