Abstract:

The Serbian’s being headmen on the date of 17th October of 1830 started to attempt so as to get independence with Mihail Obrenovic’s second presidency. The demands of Mihail regarding that he wanted Muslims to come out of the castle and made them be subjected to obey the laws of Serbian. However the Serbians starting to recruiting and bearing arms did not decelerate although they were warned. As a result of some implementations of the Serbian, the stress between Muslims and Christians increased and Belgrade Events erupted in 1862. On the date of 15th June 1862 the conflict between Serbians and Muslims extended and Belgrade safeguard Aşir Paşa bombarded Belgrade as a result of Serbians ‘attack to the castle. The event caused that Mihail got a chance to obtain his goals in this way the international conference was held in Kanlıca. In consequence of Kanlıca conference, Kanlıca Protocol with 12 articles was signed on the date of 4th September of 1862. In accordance with the articles of Kanlıca, it was decided that the Muslims of Serbia came out of Serbia and the Ottoman State destroy Sokol and Uzice castles
