Abstract:

Bu çalışmada farkı dozlarda sodyum nitroprussit (SNP) verilen farelerden elde edilen karaciğer, dalak, böbrek ve kas doku numunelerindekı siyanür ve tiyosiyanat düzeyleri araştırıldı. Numunelerdeki siyanür ve tiyosiyanat düzeyleri bu bıieşiklenn bromiu su tarafından okside edilmesi ve piridin - benzidin bileşikleri ile bağlanması sonucu ko-lorimetrik olarak tayin edildi. Absorbansları 532 nm'de ölçüldü. Doku numunelerindeki siyanür ve tiyosiyanat düzeyleri 12. saatten itibaren yükselmeye başladı ve dozlara göre değişen zamanlarda maksimum düzeylere ulaştı. Daha sonra numunelerdekı siyanür ve tiyosıyanat düzeyleri 192. saatte kontrol guruplarına yakın düzeylere indi.
