Abstract:

Behavioral economics has become a working field to deal with the standard economic system from a wider perspective in order to explain the relationship with the characteristics of individual behaviors, in particular the mainstream neo-classic economics theory has not addressed sufficiently. Research based on observations and experiments is based on the evaluation of individual behaviors within a limited rationality framework. Behavioral economy is a field that studies markets that reflect the complex and limited individual characteristics of economic actors. As human behavioral interactions reflect the labour markets, behavioral economy provides new and important evidence in the fields related to the labour economy. In this study, the role of social preferences among the important fields of the behavioral economy has been evaluated in the field studies related to the theory of gift exchange, which is discussed on the basis of the principle of fairness and mutual commitment. The issues that make up the contents of the labour economy are based on the behavioral bases, the element of justice plays an important role in the emergence of continuous interactions, the people care not to lose what they have in their hands instead of earning, and some findings in our study that workers are increasing in their efforts in case they receive high wages.
