Abstract:

In this research, it has been aimed to determine how the sample conflict cases occurred in educational institutions are solved. In this study sample conflict cases are given with their reasons by indicating to the place and people. How the sides have solved the conflict has been explained with a narrative expression. Here, by focusing on the concept If I were the straightness of solution has been dwelled upon. A conflict can be seen everywhere that people live together and share a common life area. In this direction, educational institutions which are a whole with their managers, teachers, personels and other sharers, should be thought as organizations in which conflicts can be experienced. So the conflict is evaluated as the most important element of development. In this direction, educational institutions may experience some problems while doing their functions. The importent point is to manage the conflict in the most rationalist ways aganist these problems. People have always wanted to be different in terms of their lives, life aspects and thoughts. However these diffrences shouldnt have a feature that interteres with other individuals freedom. Like in other institutions in educational institutions it is expected that a harmonious work process should go on. To achieve this first people should put their differences aside and then act suitably to the group norms. If the individuals use their differences as an against behavior the situation that we call it conflict will come out. Individuals coming from various cultures and having various psychological characteristics cause the conflict to occur. Not only the conflicts occur among students but also among teachers, managers. In this process management should do its duty in problem solving point by having a more active role. When the conflict cases are observed it is seen that the conflicts in educational institutions occur mostly between the school management and the teachers. In addition, it has been observed that conflict also occur between the teachers and the students. As a result it is expected that this study will enlighten the teachers and managers for solving the conflicts.
