Abstract:

This study was conducted in repeat breeder problems, with the aim of examining the effect of two times injections of fluoxin meglumin (FM) on the pregnancy rate in the 15-16 days after the seed. The study was carried out on 20 heads of the holstein race, which had no clinically any problem, showed regular cycles, had not been seated at least three times, with ages ranging from 19 to 31 months. All animals were double dose 150 mcg PGF2α (D-Cloprostenol, Dalmazin, Vetaş) and 10 mcg GnRH (Buserelin acetate, Receptal, Intervet) injected into the muscle after 48 hours of the second PGF2α injection. The bulbs were sowed 12-14 hours after the GnRH injection. In the 15th day after the seed, the plants were divided into two groups by random sampling. On the evening of the 15th day after the seed and on the morning of the 16th day, FM (Fulimed, Alke) in the muscle was injected twice in 1.1 mg/kg dose between 12 hours. No application was made to the control group (n=10). In pregnancy examinations performed with ultrasound 29 days after the seed, 5 (50%) in the test group and 2 (20%) in the control group were found pregnant. While there was no statistical difference between pregnancy rates in the test and control group, the pregnancy rates were higher in the test group. As a result, repeat breeder has been shown that FM applications in the 15-16 days after the seed in the problematic plants can contribute positively to the pregnancy rate.
